9 months old!

Elizabeth is 9 months old today. I can't believe she is that old, where does the time go?! She had her check up today and is doing great. She is now 16 lbs. 5 oz. and is 28 1/2 inches long. And she already has 7 teeth (4 top, 3 bottom)! This past week she started pulling up onto her knees. She has also finally decided to sit up! She's been able to sit up, but preferred to lay on her back. I would sit her up and she would promptly fling herself back and lay down. She has been sitting up with her hand under her and now she lets go and sits there and claps and giggles. My mom said I was the same way. I crawled before I sat and when I could sit, I preferred to lay on my back. Katelynn loves to sit next to Elizabeth and clap her hands. She likes to pretend she's a baby and imitate everything Elizabeth does. They are so cute together and love each other a lot.

Katelynn has also had a big change in her life. I put her in a twin bed a few weeks ago and she loves it! She'd been telling me she wanted a Tinkerbell bed. I had my dad bring down my old Day Bed and I told Katelynn it was a "Flower Tinkerbell Bed" because it has flowers on the knobs. She was so excited when Wes and I were putting it up. I put her fleece Tinkerbell blanket on it and got her some Tinkerbell sheets with the money Grandma Sanford gave her for her birthday. I can't believe how fast they grow up!
