Mulberry Jelly

The first of July Wes helped me make Mulberry (we think that's what they are) Jelly. He got them from the tree in his Mother's backyard. He laid a tarp under the tree to collect the berries when they fell. He then brought them home and washed the berries for me while I made them into jelly. I ended up with 40 jars of Yummy Jelly!

Wash the Berries

Put the Berries into the Juicer

Juice the Berries

Strain the Juice

Boil The Juice, Add Lemon Juice, Pecitn and Sugar: Boil Hard for 1 minute

Fill The Jars

Process Them

The Finished Product
