Our Anniversary
Wes and I just celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary on August 30th! We celebrated by going to the Joseph Smith Memorial Building and eating at The Roof restaurant. It's located at the top of the Joseph Smith Memorial Building and the view is amazing. We were seated at the corner with a view of the Salt Lake Temple on one side and the Utah State capital on the other. Dinner was a buffet with amazing food and desserts. We certainly ate our fill! My favorite was the chocolate covered strawberries. Wes said that wasn't such a surprise! After dinner we watched the film 'Joseph Smith; The Prophet of the Restoration' in the Legacy Theater. It was a wonderful evening and we enjoyed spending time with just each other, which we don't get to do very often.

Congratulations! We ate there while on our honeymoon although then it was in the Hotel Utah. We had our own personal waiter named Victor. I'm glad you enjoyed your time together.
