Another Birthday?!

Today at school Katelynn was in charge of bringing the snack and drink. It was also the day they celebrated her birthday. She was so excited and couldn't wait to go to school. For snacks she took some individual cheezit cracker packages. They were in a red package and it is Red week so we wanted to take something red.
They spotlighted Katelynn in school and sang Happy Birthday to her. I sent a poster to class with her interests. I kept asking her what she wanted to be when she grew up and she would reply; "Katelynn Sanford Princess!" So I said she wanted to be a princess when she grew up. She also said a pet doctor would be fun. She loves animals especially dogs and cats! She got a crown at school and when she got home she told me it was time to make her birthday cake. She didn't completely grasp the concept that it wasn't her birthday again.
