July 4th, 2011

The 4th of July was low key for us this year. We had my sister Bonnie and her family down for a barbecue in the afternoon. It was fun to visit and relax with them. My niece Ashley spent the night and my girls loved it! Right about the time it got dark enough to do fireworks, it started raining. We went out anyway and the girls sat on the porch to watch the fireworks. The next day I took the girls to the splash pad. They had a lot of fun and really enjoyed being with their cousin.
