Fire Station Field Trip

Yesterday Katelynn's preschool class went on a field trip to the fire station. They learned about fire safety and the different fire engines. I got to go along as a helper. Elizabeth enjoyed herself too. The kids did really well and got a coloring book and Junior Firefighter Badge at the end. They got to hear the sirens and see the lights. They got to tour one of the engines and an ambulance. The officer showed us the jaws of life too. It was amazing and I really enjoyed the tour! I look forward to helping out on other field trips in the future.
